Dermaplaning involves manual exfoliation of the stratum corneum (dead skin) and vellus hair (peach fuzz) using a sterile surgical scalpel. By removing the dead skin and hair from the face, the skin is left brighter and smoother, allowing for deeper penetration of products and a clear canvas for the application of make up. This treatment can soften fine lines and wrinkles, aid in the correction of hyperpigmentation and correct uneven skin tones. Treatment can be completed every 4 weeks.
