IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SCHEDULE MULTIPLE TREATMENTS PLEASE CONTACT US TO INQUIRE AS TO WHETHER THOSE TREATMENTS CAN BE DONE TOGETHER. WE WILL ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR BOOKING.
Currently, our schedule is open until December 2022. Booking availability for the new year will open early 2023.
All appointments can be booked up to 2 days in advance, based on availability.
A pre payment deposit is required to book (up to $50 + tax depending on the service requested). The deposit amount will be deducted from the total of your treatment following your appointment. Multiple appointments can not be booked together, if you book a service and would like to potentially add another service to that appointment please contact us to see if that is possible. You can contact us via email, social media or the automated service explained below.
You will receive a text notification that your appointment was secured and reminders prior to your appointment as well.
The system will allow you to reschedule your appointment anytime up to 24 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will be transferable to your new booking.
If you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours you are required to reach out and request to do so. You may reach us via email, social media or through the automated system you received your text notifications from. If you request to reschedule within 24 hours your deposit is non-transferable/non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your appointment, whether it is up to or within 24 hours of your appointment, you are required to reach out and request to do so. If your request to cancel your appointment is within the cancellation policy guidelines, you will be issued a refund to the card on file. Please note: if this is a reoccurring request, you may be blocked from booking online in the future.
Again, If you request to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours or no show your appointment the pre payment deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled on our end, regardless of the timeframe, you will always be given the option to reschedule or be issued a refund.
Please note: refunds typically take 9-14 business days.

If you arrive to your appointment late please be advised that we may need to reschedule all or some or your requested treatments. If you arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled and treated as a no show. Please see below.
